Murder without a corpse to mention - accused

Cologne - A wide grin on his face, walked into Siegfried K. (45) on Monday the courtroom. In the dock: his sister Irmgard (35) and brother-Wilfried (46).
If the person feels the family in the process for the "murder without a corpse" for sure?
In fact, it sounded rather thin, in readiness for what the prosecution charges. The Filipina Lotis K. (33) was killed in April 2007 "on unexplained way" by her estranged husband, Siegfried, the corpse of a "previously unknown body" has been eliminated.
The family will have together concocted the murder plan. Motif: a custody battle. Siegfried wanted their son, Simon (6, now lives in a foster family) eat.
It is clear: It will be a lengthy process evidence. So far 20 court days are scheduled, a verdict is not expected in December.
Siegfried, Wilfried and Irmgard K. silence on Monday on the allegations. Only the lawyers came forward to speak, described their clients as innocent.
To be sure, the K's do not feel, however. The Higher Regional Court in May confirmed the strong suspicion. An interception could be the family's undoing. "In the course of the trial is still some to come to light," says Attorney Alf Willwacher the EXPRESS.
